Several Port Adelaide players have undergone post-season procedures in preparation for the 2025 AFL season.
Vice-captain Zak Butters has had a minor AC joint cleanout, Aliir Aliir underwent a labral repair in his shoulder, Travis Boak had an arthroscopy on his hip, and Kane Farrell has had hamstring surgery.
Butters’ rehab is progressing well, with the 24-year-old already back in the gym and not expected to miss any pre-season training.
Willem Drew, Darcy Byrne-Jones and Dante Visentini have all undergone knee arthroscopies, while Dylan Williams and Tom Scully have both had finger surgery.
Most players from the surgery list will return to running by mid-November, with many to be back in full training before the Christmas break.
Sam Powell-Pepper is progressing well with his knee rehabilitation and is also likely to be training with the group from the beginning of pre-season.
The 1-4 year players will return to pre-season training on November 25, with the 5+ year players to join them the following week.
