Jim Goodwin believes that with Dundee United, Louis Moult has rediscovering his “love for the game.”
The 31-year-old received recognition for a goal-filled season with the title-winning Tangerines on Thursday afternoon when he was nominated for PFA Scotland Championship player of the year.
Moult has 19 nett ripples in all competitions, five assists, and a crucial role as Goodwin’s team’s centre of attention.
In addition, he has addressed any remaining doubts about his health after multiple campaigns marred by injuries before this one. This term, Moult has made 37 appearances. In the four prior games put together, he played 24 times.
Louis has had a fantastic season “after a really difficult few years prior to coming here,” Goodwin remarked.

Professional voting determines the winner, and Moult faces Lewis Vaughan of the Raith Rovers, Brian Graham of Partick Thistle, and Ruari Paton of Queen’s Park.
And Goodwin is circumspect regarding his champions only having one name on the shortlist, despite suggesting that a host of his star men merited consideration.
Goodwin went on, “Sibbs (Craig Sibbald) has been Mr Consistent for me throughout the season.” “I cannot recall a poor performance from him.
“Kevin Holt has been one of the league’s best centre halves; the amount of clean sheets and outstanding saves by Jack Walton; the assists from Glenn Middleton and the goals from Kai Fotheringham.”
“But you can only choose so many, and there are other players at other teams who have had fantastic seasons. They have to spread it out.”
“But I imagine there were quite a few Dundee United players in the frame.”
Meanwhile, Goodwin confirmed that Ross Docherty, Alex Greive and Kevin Holt are United’s only absences ahead of Friday night’s trip to face Airdrieonians.
Holt, however, has an outside chance of being available to face Partick Thistle on the final day of the season.
