Despite the heated exchange, Hall, at 22 years old, downplayed the significance of the incident afterward, suggesting that he was ready to move on unless Savelio wanted to continue the feud. This isn’t the first time Savelio, who has already been red-carded twice in his first four games for Huddersfield, has found himself at the center of on-field controversies.
The loss was another blow for Castleford, extending their losing streak to four games as they prepare to face title-chasing Warrington on Friday.
Reflecting on the match, Hall acknowledged the challenge of coming back from an 18-0 deficit but emphasized the importance of starting strong. He noted that while the team can generate momentum quickly, they need to be better in the first 20 minutes to control games more effectively.
Hall’s journey in rugby league has been eventful, having been on loan at Castleford from Hull KR since April. He expressed a mixture of sentiments about his time at various clubs, including a fondness for Hull KR despite not playing regularly.
