The Suns’ second-round matchup of the season against the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday is scheduled to feature guards Devin Booker and Bradley Beal as doubtful.
Booker is having left foot pain after scoring 32 points in the team’s 108-104 victory over Golden State on Tuesday to start the season.
Beal missed the first game of the season because of soreness in his lower back.
On Tuesday, reserve guard Grayson Allen took Beal’s place at the start and went nearly 21 minutes without scoring.
According to NBA writer Dave McMenamin of ESPN on X, formerly Twitter, the Lakers will play the Suns on Thursday without guard Jalen Hood-Schifino and forward Jarred Vanderbilt.
LA’s opening game on Tuesday, a 119-107 loss to Denver, was missed by both players.
