Thomas Zilliacus, a businessman from Finland, has stated that he plans to give Inter Milan an investment shortly.
Speaking with the Italian news source FCInterNews, Zilliacus added that President Steven Zhang and Suning, the owners of the Nerazzurri, will make the ultimate call.
Regarding possible ownership changes at Inter, the rumor mill never seems to stop.
Additionally, Finnish businessman Zilliacus has surfaced as a potential successor at the Nerazzurri in recent months.
The Finn has made no secret of his goals. He has expressed candidly that he would love to purchase Inter.
Additionally, Zilliacus asserted in a recent tweet that he had raised a substantial sum of money from investors.
The billionaire from Finland claims to have raised about €2.5 billion in total, some of which he plans to spend to invest in Inter.
The precise amount of that that would go into a Nerazzurri investment is unknown.

By all accounts, Suning, the club’s current owners, would anticipate receiving a sizable offer to contemplate selling the team.
Suning is reportedly seeking over €1 billion. As a starting point, they could use RedBird’s €1.2 billion acquisition of AC Milan.
Meanwhile, some rumors claim that InvestCorp would be prepared to make an offer of about €1.3 billion.
Thomas Zilliacus Verifies Plans To Offer Investment In Inter
Another concern is whether Zilliacus (or any other interested entity) will acquire Inter entirely or only participate as a minority shareholder.
According to numerous sources, Suning favors the latter choice.
The present Inter owners would be happy to receive further funding from financiers. They do, however, also want to maintain authority at the club.
“In the coming months, I hope to be able to invest in Inter,” Zilliacus stated in reference to his plans.
He said, “We’ll make an offer.”
He said, “In the end, it’s up to the owners to decide whether to accept it or not.”
